Had a fault and took out the cover, but took almost a month to solve. Took the money quick enough, but 3 months later I didn’t have a fully working cooker for a month.

Great service and multi buy price. All stored until needed then delivered on time.

Appliance City sold us a faulty Smeg oven which has had multiple issues and completely failed after 4 years. Consumer rights stipulate they have a legal responsibility for 6 years however I am utterly appalled with their unhelpful customer service and response. A complete lack of customer care and unwillingness to help or accept any responsibility. Purposefully trying to tie us in knots on responsibility rather than be helpful. The customer service agent was appalling. We are now having to take them to small claims court. A horrible experience. If you buy from Appliance City just hope you don’t have any problems with your appliance. We will never buy from Appliance City again.


We ordered a lot of stuff and it all came as agreed and at a good price. They even hung on to it for us for a quite a while because our house wasn't ready. One appliance developed a fault and they dealt with it straight away. Very good service.

Second time Ive used this Company. Have purchased all my white goods and cooker from them.

Purchased an LG washing machine. The price was good and it arrived on time, in good condition .


Excellent service. I ordered appliance on Friday and requested delivery on Tuesday. Got a text message on Monday confirming the delivery. Delivery was made as arranged. I am happy with the service from sales to delivery.

Delivery by two men who looked like contractors.They did unpack the fridge freezer and took away the rubbish.The plug had been damaged during the transit.Fortunately my hubby is an electronics engineer so we just put a new plug on ourselves.Just didn’t inspire confidence for me.

Despite my worry that the 170 kg fridge would be manned by one person, the driver was very hands on and helpful to get the purchase through the door. 4 stars for the great service for the drivers who are made to deal with heavy loads alone but please be prepared that the heavier the unit purchased, the more people are indeed required to get it through the door if there are steps etc.
